F\u00fatbol M\u00e1s M\u00e9xico had the honor of participating as a speaker at the World Football Summit 2025<\/a><\/strong>one of the encounters more relevant to the industry of football at a global level, held in the city of Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sergio Guerrero<\/strong>, Co-Founder and Business Development Director of F\u00fatbol M\u00e1s M\u00e9xico, was part of the panel entitled: "Playing in a team for gender equity in America"<\/strong>in that shared space with leading voices in the sector as Isabella Echeverri<\/a><\/strong>representatives of She Wins MX<\/strong>, Movement <\/strong>We Are Fairness<\/strong> <\/a>and Common Goal<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Football as a tool of social transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During the panel, we addressed the potential of football as a powerful tool for promoting gender equity, inclusion, and community development. Sergio Guerrero penetrated on the major themes that developed in the panel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We talk about how football is one of the tools that are there to promote equity and inclusion, as well as to create opportunities for development, regardless of context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What were the main issues addressed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soccer is the most powerful tool there is in the world to generate social transformation. The scope and power of the link of this sport transcends any barrier and allows you to create inclusive spaces, particularly for women. <\/strong>We talk about the various types of intervention that we have implemented. We mentioned that the transfer models allow us to reach large populations, taking advantage of the leadership potential that is there in the communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The football development is a very powerful tool but it can only be transformed into a solution of public policy to the extent that we can collaborate. There is no organization that can solve social problems by itself. The challenge of social development is only so we can attack together<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
