Innovative activities, collaborative and shared experiences were essential for enriching the preparation of the work team Football More thinking about the start of the programs sociodeportivos that will be implemented during the year 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To start the programs Neighborhoods and Schools <\/em>by 2025, the regional coordinators, and territorial heads of projects of Football More, gathered in Santiago to address the methodologies and themes that are implemented in the different regions of Chile during this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to the start of the national day, Matias Prado, the Social director of Football, said that \u201cfor this year, seeks to contribute to the socio-emotional development of children and young people, including families and communities in an absolute way, with programs that may have the ability to adapt to the contexts and needs of the 10 regions in which we find ourselves\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first day involved 32 people on the national day, which had as an objective to strengthen the knowledge of the regional coordinators with new methodologies, models of programs and strategies to implement throughout the year. Therefore, during the following days focused on the social team that had 15 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day began with the external collaboration of Francisca Werth Coello, who is the narrator oral, writer, and artist educator diploma in Literature for childhood, adolescence and youth in Literatures of the world, current problems in society and in Cultural Management from the University of Chile. The narrator was creative writing, talks and provided spaces for the Football team More to highlight important moments that they will remember for the foundation, making the emotions of the attendees. In addition, was also present The Sapling<\/em>: Education and Board Games, <\/em>represented by Maicol Perez Trujillo, a professor of Biology and Chemistry, who through the workshop \u201cLudopedagog\u00eda\u201d used games to deliver pedagogical strategies and to enhance various aspects of human development, such as, for example, problem-solving, creativity, team work and decision making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next to the above-mentioned activities, we conducted a workshop for parents, enabling environment, meeting sociodeportivos, technical talk, program, Neighborhoods, Schools program, locker room and educational presentations from the areas of management, Administration and Finance\/ Legal, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Communications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the week of the national day, Antoinette Eguiluz, Project director of the program Schools in the Antofagasta region, added that \u201cthe national day has helped me to be able to focus the policy that has the Schools program from the guardian of Football, became the teachers of the schools as methodological tools for strengthening the opportunities for improvement that can be had as a professional\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The national day has been an instance enriching for the regional coordinators, and territorial heads of projects of Football, allowing the exchange of experience between the participants and to reinforce the methodologies and key strategies for the programs sociodeportivos that will be implemented in Chile during the year 2025.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
