Noel Monès: ” The work I’ve done has changed my life ”
My name is Noel Monès, I was born in Carrefour, near the capital of Haiti, Port-au-Prince and I am working in Futbol Mas for 3 years.
What I like the most about the FutbolMas methodology, is that allows children to develop new skills so that they can face the events that will happen in their life and, with a greater knowledge of their abilities, they can make the decisions that result better for their own development. Through the work we do, it is possible to transform the reality of girls and boys; Since we entered the schools we have managed to observe several changes, even parents have approached us to say that the program has left positive things to their children.
Personally, the work I have done for three years has changed my life, because I have been able to find a lot of love working with children, it has taught me to develop patience and understanding; I have achieved greater maturity for the decisions I have made thanks to the path I have found together with the FutbolMas team, we take ourselves as a family and this added to the relationship we have achieved with the students and teachers within the schools. It has allowed me to have confidence in myself and in each of the members of the FutbolMas team.
I could not summarize a normal day of work, but every moment is special, the time to get to school represents the affection of students and teachers.
I would like to tell the planet that the FutbolMas program is a beautiful initiative that we can develop in different schools and different countries to integrate children so that, by evaluating the positive, we can achieve a positive effect, we can change attitudes, behavior and all actions that do not allow children to develop in a more comprehensive and complete way.
