The association was formed in Mexico in the middle of 2016, thanks to a year and a half of work and shared effort with our ambassador of Fútbol Más in Mexico, Sergio Guerrero.
The foundation will begin its social-sport program in May 2017. Fútbol Más will work in a neighborhood in Mexico City with around 120 girls and boys. It is projected to end the year 2017 by opening new programs, in order to work with 600 girls and boys from the Federal District in 2018.
The work of Fútbol Más in Mexico is supported by the former professional soccer players Fabián Estay and Reinaldo Navia, who both have a successful past in the Liga MX.
In 2017 the program counts on the internal financial resources of the foundation and the support of Fifa Football for Hope.
